Croydon Bowling Club is located in the beautiful outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne, and with wonderful views of the Dandenongs. The licensed modern clubrooms equipped with a spacious kitchen, are capable of seating up to 200 people, with a timber floor suitable for dancing.
The two club greens enable year-round outdoor bowling with pennant teams in both the RVBA and VLBA competitions. In addition, carpet bowls are staged in winter. In the warmer months, electric light bowls is played with both competition and social events staged.
Our objective is to provide community facilities to enable the residents of Croydon and surrounding areas to play lawn bowls; to permit community participation in various other social activities afforded by the amenities of the club rooms; and to continue to grow and develop these facilities and activities for the community benefit.
Membership inquiries are always welcome, both experienced
bowlers and newcomers, for whom free tuition is available.
